Fix Youth Crime
Nova Scotians deserve a youth criminal justice system that works.
That is why the federal government's new Bill C-25: An Act to Amend the Youth Criminal Justice Act is good news in the fight against youth crime. It's a good first step.
Nova Scotia's Minister of Justice and Attorney General, the Honourable Cecil Clarke, knows this. That is why he is working with his federal counterparts to have all seven of the Nunn Commission's recommendations implemented.
If you want to share your concerns, you can sign an online petition that Minister Clarke will personally present to the federal Department of Justice this spring.
